Who This Policy Covers
Wittchow, LLC develops Bubble Craps Practice for iPhone and iPad. This policy explains information handling in the app, including saved gameplay, Apple purchases, optional feedback, and advertising when enabled. Website visits are covered separately by our website privacy policy.
Bubble Craps Practice is a practice and entertainment game. Practice funds have no cash value; the app does not offer real-money gambling, prizes, or withdrawals. Features and advertising availability may differ by app version.
Saved Gameplay and Settings
The app saves your practice bankroll, bets, game mode, roll history, statistics, preferences, and any Premium trial expiration on your device. You do not need to create a Wittchow account. We do not operate a server that receives your saved gameplay. Device backups may include app data depending on your Apple settings.
You can reset your practice bankroll in the app. Removing the app and its data removes its local saved state; copies in device backups are managed through your Apple backup settings.
Premium Purchases and Trials
Apple processes in-app purchases. The app uses Apple's StoreKit service to check purchase entitlements and restore Premium access. Wittchow, LLC does not receive your payment-card details. Apple handles payment and related account information under Apple's privacy policy.
When rewarded ads are available, completing one eligible ad can unlock a one-hour Premium trial. The free preview can be redeemed once on that installation. The app stores the trial deadline and redemption status locally. Purchased Premium and an active trial suppress in-game ads; a trial does not erase information an ad provider has already processed.
Advertising and Google AdMob
The app integrates Google AdMob for advertising. Test and prerelease builds may use test ads; live advertising is enabled only after the necessary configuration. Free players may see banner ads when available, and may choose to watch a rewarded ad to earn a Premium trial.
When the advertising service is used, Google and its advertising service providers may process IP addresses and approximate location inferred from them, device or app identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, and crash or performance information. These data support ad delivery, measurement, diagnostics, and protection against invalid activity. The information processed depends on the SDK, consent choices, device settings, and ad configuration.
See Google's Privacy Policy, how Google uses information from apps that use its services, and Google's mobile-ad data disclosures.
Your Advertising Choices
Where consent is required for an advertising feature, we will request it before enabling that feature. Where a privacy-options control is offered in the app, you can use it to review or change your advertising choices. You can also manage app tracking permissions in your device's Settings. The app does not have permission to access Apple's advertising identifier unless you grant any required tracking authorization.
Declining personalized advertising does not necessarily remove all ads; contextual or limited ads may still be available depending on the applicable configuration. You can choose not to watch rewarded ads and continue with the free features. Contact us if you need help with privacy choices or a request about advertising-related data.
Feedback You Choose to Send
Send Feedback opens an editable email addressed to developer@wittchow.com. The draft includes app version and build number, device type, operating-system version, game mode, Premium or trial status, and language/region setting. You can review or remove these details before sending. The app does not send the feedback automatically.
If you send the email, we receive your email address, message, any included diagnostics, and any attachments you choose to add. We use this information to respond, troubleshoot problems, and improve the app. The automatically prepared draft does not include a unique device identifier, saved betting history, or bankroll.
Service Providers and Disclosures
Apple provides purchasing services, Google provides advertising services when used, and email and hosting providers help us operate support and this website. These providers process information under their own policies and applicable service arrangements. We may also disclose information when necessary to comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights and security.
We do not sell your saved gameplay or feedback messages to advertisers. Advertising providers may use or disclose ad-related information as described above; some privacy laws may treat certain advertising disclosures as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising.
Retention and Privacy Requests
Saved gameplay remains on your device until it is changed or removed. Support correspondence is retained as needed to handle your request, maintain relevant support records, and meet legal obligations. Apple, Google, and other service providers apply their own retention practices.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of personal information, withdraw consent, or object to certain advertising uses. Send requests to developer@wittchow.com. We may need enough information to verify and locate your request. We cannot directly access or delete saved gameplay on your device, and requests relating to a provider's own records may need to be directed to that provider.
Children's Privacy
Bubble Craps Practice is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review the matter and take appropriate action.
Security and International Processing
We use reasonable measures to protect information we handle, but no electronic communication or storage method is completely secure. Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to their privacy policies and applicable requirements.
Policy Updates and Contact
We may update this policy when the app or its information practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest version. For privacy questions, contact Wittchow, LLC at developer@wittchow.com.
